Under this contract Royal Haskoning assists Serbian municipalities in the identification and formulation of municipal infrastructure projects, in the preparation of bankable project documentation and in identifying and assisting local and international financing institutions to provide funding for these projects.
The project is an extension of an earlier fase of the project in which the Municipal Infrastructure Agency was established and some 20 municipal projects were identified and formulated in the field of water supply, waste water, municipal roads, solid waste and district heating.
Financing for these projects has been partly secured and the first projects have started implementation.
