Royal Haskoning’s Nyree Ambarchian was very the first student to enroll to the new Peterborough College of Marketing (Marketing Ability) over a year ago. She has now received the results for her final exam and has passed gaining the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Professional Diploma in Marketing.
Professional development for employees is of utmost importance to many local firms, particularly Royal Haskoning, where staff across the company are encouraged to further their development through chartership schemes and internal training.
HR Director at Royal Haskoning Moira Froggatt explains, ‘I am delighted with these results, it is extremely important to support staff in their professional development.’
Nyree has found the qualifications have a real practical benefit to her job; ‘These qualifications have already had a real impact on my work; the coursework required was very practical and we have been able to use elements of the course in real business situations.’
A total of 3 Royal Haskoning employees are celebrating passing their CIM examinations and are looking forward to the next step in their career development. The next step for Nyree will be to undertake the CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing – the course begins in September!
