Annual Holiday - All staff eligible to 25 days plus bank holidays

Training and Development Graduate Training
- Recruits straight from university are supported within the graduate training scheme
- The aim is to help employees in engineering and science fields to achieve Chartered status as soon as possible
- Training for graduates under agreement is for a minimum of three years and the pass rate is 85% at the first attempt
