A mobile energy audit and environmental measurement unit for the realisation of sustainable energy saving and the reduction of harmful emissions, will support energy savings and emission reduction.
The project aims to realise sustainable energy savings and a substantial reduction of harmful emissions through the introduction and commercially viable exploitation of a Mobile Energy Audit and Environmental Measurement Unit, the transfer of Dutch Energy Efficiency (EE) know-how and the implementation of concrete energy saving measures. These actions will have a positive tangible impact on the environment. The project will:
- demonstrate how low cost EE measures can achieve considerable results;
- increase EE awareness;
- improve the position of Royal Haskoning, Gasunie and Lighthouse on the Russian market;
- establish the first joint Russian-Dutch Energy Services Company (ESCO);
- create a sustainable demand for the hardware and technical assistance of the project partners and other Dutch EE suppliers.
