With the slogan “without concrete no Betuwe Railway Line” the jury described the essence of this unique project in The Netherlands. The flexibility, design, the use of space and durable solutions have made this project a landmark which cannot be compared with other concrete structures. Royal Haskoning, in cooperation with Grontmij, Holland Railconsult and Arcadis Infragroup has provided the design and civil structures for the Betuwe Railway Line.
