We have been appointed by West Lakes Renaissance, the Urban Regeneration Company for West Cumbria to provide Project Management / Employers Representative services for the delivery of two separate construction projects at Barrow Port.

The construction projects at Barrow Port are a cruise terminal and a marina entrance facility which may be a canal and lock or an innovative above ground transfer system.

The contract includes Planning Supervisor and Site Supervision services. Davis Langdon is our subcontractor who is providing project management and QS services. We have also been commissioned to prepare the technical elements of the business case for the Marina Entrance.
