  • Source-separating sanitation systems

    Throughout the EU a large number of demonstration projects with source-separating sanitation systems have been realized in the past 15 years. In order to assess the potential of these systems for wide-scale application it is important to learn from these practical experiences. This research in Water Science & Technology (2007-5) evaluates two systems with local grey water treatment in the Netherlands and three sites with urine separation in Sweden.
