Integrity is an important element in our core values of Respect, Openness, Team spirit, Integrity and Sustainability (ROTIS).
Integrity is a subject that has resulted in critical review of our working practices and how we collaborate with one another and with others. In this case it has resulted in officially establishing (legal) guidelines relating to integrity – the Integrity Policy.
The Integrity Policy describes the way in which Royal Haskoning deals with issues relating to integrity, ethical standards of conduct and good commercial practices. The objective of this document is to explain, in a clear and unambiguous manner, our methods of doing business and the internal and external confidence that we want to convey. This document aims to provide a framework for the boundaries to which our staff are expected to adhere, in all reasonableness and honesty.

Since the Integrity Policy is not easy for everyone to study thoroughly, a
booklet has been written to explain briefly and clearly what integrity means to how Royal Haskoning and its employees go about their business. This booklet was sent in July 2009 to all employees at their home address.
