With 130 years experience in maritime design, we specialise in the development of ports, harbours, dockyards, shipyards and marinas, container terminals, RoRo, cruise, and offshore renewables. We design jetties, lock and dock gates, and facilities for the Oil & Gas, Metals and Mineral industries.
We provide coastal, geotechnical and seismic resistant engineering, strategic planning, site selection, environmental assessments, procurement, construction, site supervision, and facility start up. We offer inspections, appraisals, and Health & Safety advice.

The Buildings Business Line has developed in-depth understanding of the multiple challenges that clients are facing. We combine our knowledge of buildings in the sectors Health Care, Private Real Estate, Public Real Estate and Emerging Markets & Services like data centres, asset management and integrated contracts. We develop building concepts and accommodation strategies, provide architectural designs, manage construction processes and construction costs, design and advice on technical systems and structures and advise on property and housing.

In order to support our clients the Water Business Line combines international knowledge of water management and the water chain. More specifically we offer services in the fields of drinking water, waste water, urban drainage, river restoration and ecology, water safety, coastal management, flood defences, hydraulic structures, land reclamation, permitting and environment.
