(Petro) Chemicals
Petro chemical projects are becoming more complex: stricter requirements in relation to safety, health, environment, energy consumption, reduced time-to-market and longer lead times of suppliers and sub-contractors. Our multidisciplinary design teams convert all your requirements into a thorough design by applying best practices, HSE/design reviews and value-improving practices.For revamp projects, we scan your existing plant with 3D laser scanning, in order to ensure a perfect fit with the new process installations. Our project managers and purchasers are able to meet your desired project milestones, by using smart project execution and contracting strategies.
Oil & Gas
Royal Haskoning is well known in the world of oil & gas. Besides our extensive experience and expertise on LNG terminals and bulk terminals for oil and gas products (LPG, Butane),bio-fuel production facilities, jet-fuel distribution systems for airports we can help you with the Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering and Procurement of oil & gas manifolds, oil/gas separators and heaters, gas filters, metering skids, gas compressor units and dehydration units.
Royal Haskoning and DHV have setup a Protected Storage Engineers (PSE) a joint venture under Dutch law in 2003 to facilitate the design of LNG storage tanks. (For detailed information please contact Haye Reitsma.)

Waste Processing
Royal Haskoning is specializing in consultancy engineering and project implementation for the handling, transport and storage as well as the full range of processing of all types of waste. Next to that we design and engineer the building that houses the core-process and non-process facilities. Ofcourse we aim, together with our Client, at maximum sustainable and economic use of waste. Waste as raw material for new processes and products (re-cycling, waste-to-energy, conversion – e.g. into construction materials, green fertilizer, etc.)
