Dimence, a specialist mental health care service formed from several organisations, is relocating from Raalte to a site in the city of Zwolle.
 
When the work is complete, there will be three new treatment centres each serving its own target group. There will be an outpatients’ clinic for the care and treatment of drug addicts close to the centre of Zwolle, an acute psychiatric unit next to the hospital and a unit for older people and neuropsychiatry with accommodation for those requiring long term care away from the city centre.
 
Royal Haskoning brought the contract process for the three new build projects to a successful conclusion with the contracting parties and was responsible for supervising and managing the project during the construction phase.
