Project management
Our project management team provides advice and expertise on all aspects of procuring and delivering projects including; cost planning and control, programme management, procurement and contract advice, risk management and contract administration. Our project managers all have strong technical backgrounds and are supported by specialists throughout the company.

Management and supervision
We represent you during the realization of a building project. Monitoring the quality of the construction work is one of our core activities. Our supervisors and site engineers know the rules and regulations governing construction, safety and environment. We are involved with the drafting of the general part of the specifications, so we can influence the practical construction conditions. We write minutes of building meetings and employ standard schedules for drawing procedures, stage payments and settlement for alterations in the work. We are proactive and help to prevent problems during the construction phase. Our local presence enables us to limit journey distances.

Tendering and contract management

We know the European tendering rules inside out and guarantee transparent processes that are appreciated by contracting and tendering parties. We use contracts and agreements that are based in part on standards we have developed ourselves. We work with clear selection and tendering guidelines and easy-reference demarcation lists. We advise public bodies on PPP structures.
