Structural design
The project consists of a residential tower of 126 meters height, a car park and an office-block on the waterside. One of the remarkable features of the office-block is the top floor with additional residential units of exceptional quality. The office block creates a floating illusion and cantilevers over the lower block seemingly detached from the rest.
The ground floor area's are assigned for common space and retail. The building's atmosphere is hospitable, vivid and will attract a variaty of occupants. The entire project, and especially the residential tower, is characterized by striking façade designs.
