Design and tender documents preparation for the construction of a hazardous waste incineration plant

UAB Toksika is collecting hazardous waste, and is preparing the construction of a hazardous waste incineration plant and a hazardous waste landfill at the Toksika Siauliai branch site. Royal Haskoning has formed a Consortium with Krasto Projektai (Vilnius) and Ramboll for the preparation of design tender documents for the construction of a hazardous waste incineration plant (8.000 ton/y) and a hazardous waste landfill (75.000 ton).
Furthermore a tannery waste landfill remediation design is prepared and tendered, and waste management equipment and laboratory equipment is included in the supply tenders.
The project elements of the hazardous waste project in Lithuania consist of:
- Technical design and tender documents for design, construction, commissioning and test operation of hazardous waste incineration facility and training;
- Design and tender documents for construction of new hazardous waste landfill and remediation of Aukstrakiai tannery waste;
- Tender documents for supply of waste management equipment; • Support for the Contracting Authority in tendering, tender evaluation and contracting works and supply.
Implementation of the general environment and human health impact estimation at the territory of Aukstrakiai for existing and future activities at site (sewage treatment, regional landfill, hazardous waste landfill, incineration equipment and tannery landfill).
