Joop van Oosten joins Royal Haskoning's Supervisory Board

Joop van Oosten (age 63) will join the Supervisory Board of Royal Haskoning on 1 January 2012. Mr. Van Oosten was CEO of BAM Groep N.V. He fills the vacancy left by the departure of Pieter Paul van Besouw, whose second term of office is due to expire.
Mr. Van Oosten is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wereldhave N.V., Chairman of the Board of Supervision of West Holland Foreign Investment Agency (WFIA) and treasurer of "The Foundation Den Haag 2018".

Supervisory Board Chairman Jan Veraart says: "The Supervisory Board thanks Pieter Paul van Besouw for his significant contribution and excellent teamwork. The Board welcomes Joop van Oosten, whose wide experience and extensive knowledge of our markets will provide invaluable support."

From 1 January 2012, other members of the Supervisory Board of Royal Haskoning besides Mr. Van Oosten are: Jan Veraart (Chairman), Marry De Gaay Fortman, Jan Bout, Hans Opschoor and Klaas de Vries.
