Diversity is not an option. Royal Haskoning views it as a business case. Diversity is stimulated in our teams to make the best use of the talent available and perform better. An active policy in relation to diversity will help us respond successfully to the changing labour market, and to make the best use of the talent available. Diversity encourages balanced decision-making. Royal Haskoning is aware of human differences and wants to tap the potential of this rich seam.
