As a global company Royal Haskoning offers regulatory services related to the Global Harmonised System (GHS) of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals. In particular, we offer services related the EU implementation of GHS: the CLP regulation.
Overview
Day 1: A practical introduction to CLP and the impact for your company.
Day 2: A workshop classification and labelling according to CLP.
Each day can be followed separately. Both days are aimed at professionals dealing with the implementation of CLP within companies. The first day is also intended for managers who would like to get a grasp on what CLP means for their company, enabling their company to implement CLP.

*This first day does not include detail about how to practically classify chemicals: this is dealt with during the second day.

• Practical exercises for classification and labelling of substances
• Practical exercises for classification and labelling of mixtures
The workshop classification and labelling according to CLP is only one day long, offering you the best value for money. It is advised that participants have some prior experience in classification (e.g. according to the Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC) to benefit optimally from this high information density programme.

Caroline and Conny work at Royal Haskoning as chemicals management consultants. They deal with classification, labelling and chemicals management systems as well as Safety Data Sheets and related regulations in practice every day. They are both enthusiastic teachers, with ample experience teaching chemical regulatory subjects.
